Items are as described above. Anything that has not been listed in the item description will not be included (e.g. taps, wastes). If you have any questions about what is included in the item you want to buy please contact us before you make your purchase.
Please feel free to contact us in relation to any items that we sell (including the item itself, price and postage) and we will do our best to answer your questions the same or next working day. Please note that sometimes emails from unknown senders will be placed in your junk/bulk mail folders. Please check your bulk/junk mail folder if you are expecting replies from us.
Things you need to know BEFORE you buy the item.
Items are as described above. Anything not listed in the specifications above (e.g. accessories/attachments not listed above would NOT be included). Therefore please email us if there is anything you are not sure about BEFORE you buy it.
Please read all our terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you understand and agree with them BEFORE you buy an item.
Please do NOT book a plumber or other tradesman UNTIL AFTER your item has arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any plumber or tradesman costs that you may incur should you fail to follow our kind reminder. It is your responsibility to check that the product you have received is what you have ordered and that it is in good condition.
What happens if my item arrives with a fault?
The items we send out are carefully checked before they are packaged and sent off but it is your responsibility to check the item on delivery at it is not damaged and is correct before you accept it. However, we do understand that sometimes products may arrive faulty. In the unlikely event that you do receive your item with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide us with photos of the item and the original packaging. We will look at each individual case and, depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange on the item.
When can I expect my item to be delivered?
Please allow up to 14 days for your item to be delivered once your payment has been cleared. We are unable to deliver items until payment has been received. Even though we try to get products out quickly we cannot guarantee and exact time of delivery and this time period should only be used as a rough guide. Situations which are out of our control could delay the arrival time for your item, such as postal strikes or acts of God.
Please note our delivery drivers are only insured to deliver "kerbside" or to your door if possible, they are not insured to enter your premises. Therefore please make sure an able bodied person is available to take delivery of your order and sign for the goods. Due to the size and weight of some products it may be necessary to have two able bodied people available to take delivery of the product.
What happens if I'm not home when my item is delivered?
If you are not home when you have arranged a time for your item to be delivered you will incurr a charge of 50% of the original cost and have to pay for the item to be re-delivered.
Is the picture the exact product I will receive?
We aim to provide our customers with accurate images of the items. However, please note that occasionally very minor differences may occur due to our suppliers and this will not count as a valid reason for an exchange.
Can I collect my items?
Items cannot be collected.
How do you pay for the item?
Our only method of payment are Google Checkout or PayPal. Please ensure that you can pay by this payment method and have sufficient funds BEFORE you buy an item.
We accept Google Checkout & PayPal payment however please be advised that this type of payment may take up to 10 days to clear and orders processing will only start after your payment has reached our PayPal account.
We DO NOT accept any other form of payments (e.g. Payment over the phone or Cheques).
What happens after the order is made?
After your payment has cleared, we will start to process your order. It generally takes between 3 to 5 days to process your order and deliver the items to you. However, some items come directly from the manufactures and may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email following your order and always be kept up to date and informed of the shipping time. Please make sure your "Primary Postage Address" details are up to date and that it contains your daytime telephone number that you can be contacted on before placing your order.

Please send us your payments immediately. We reserve the right to hold back any item that has not been paid for in full.
